TIME is a form of currency. It is one of the key ingredients for creating and navigating our lives. From the moment that we are born, the countdown begins and the systems for measuring our process and progress are activated. These systems can cause us to create and behave from a scarcity mindset which can place limitations on what’s possible. What we have been conditioned to believe about TIME; what it is, how it works and when and where to "spend it" can limit our ability to generate powerful and sustainable outcomes in our life TIMES..

The 7-Day “Time As Medicine” Summer Solstice Ritual is designed to transform our beliefs and practices as it relates our time on this planet. The Summer Solstice is a gateway into the season when our time with the Sun is extended and the darkness surrenders to the light. It is an invitation for YOU to bask in the rays of the Sun and to experience the nourishment, pleasure and joy that your mind, body and spirit crave. Beloved, it is TIME for you to embrace the light that has been gifted to you by the universe. It is time for you to adopt new ways of SPENDING the seconds, minutes, hours, days and years that make up the tapestry of your life.

During this week-long ritual journey, you and the other members of the collective will "Spend Your Time" engaging in various activities that will support you with reclaiming your relationships with TIME. The schedule is designed for you to do this sacred work at your own pace. There is no mandate or pressure to do or be anything but yourself. You are the director and navigator of YOUR OWN TIME:

This 2 hour experiential session will support participants with exploring what’s possible when the currency of Time is viewed through the lenses of power and pleasure. Coach Shawnee Benton Gibson will utilize sociometric and psychodramatic techniques to guide ritual participants through a sacred journey of surrender, release and restoration. Participants will be invited to reframe their relationships with time using their minds, bodies and spirits as the main conduits for their healing, transformation and a deeper connection to their humanity.

With time as medicine, time is also numbers! Numerology is an ancient African science that can help anyone take advantage of their time by knowing their key numbers, key days, key months, and what cycle they are in.

In these specialized session, Astro-Numerologist, Rev. B, will analyze your birthday and provide your key information and numbers that may present challenges along the way.

All sessions will be on Zoom and recorded with a copy of the recording sent to you.

💫 1:1 Pranic Crystal Healing Session

Facilitated By: Coach Brandon Smith
