The S.O.W. Leadership Academy

As a result of participating with the Leadership Academy, participants will develop the skills necessary to design, facilitate and supervise programming for women and be trained and certified to direct their own Be The Tree Rites of Passage Collective satellite program in their own city, state or country.

The S.O.W. Leadership Academy is a 6 month Leadership Training & Development Program for the Alumni of “Be The Tree” and other S.O.W. programs that are it’s equivalent. The program is designed to support candidates who are interested in exploring and expressing the next level of their leadership within S.O.W., the local community and the world at large.

A Candidate of S.O.W.'s Leadership Academy and Certification Program Can Expect the Following from their Participation:

• Facility With Building & Managing A “Be The Tree” Satellite Program From The Ground Up
